Main supermarkets and local veggies markets

Hi,

We went to the SPAR supermarket near our flat in Flic en Flac, but couldn't find many of the things in our grocery list (some veggies, whole weat pita bread, quinoa or couscus, lemons with normal size, etc).

So, we would ike to know which supermarkets or local markets would you recommend.

Monoprix at Cascavelle is next closest to you.

Monoprix, or Shop rite at Tamarin, I also sometimes go to Super U at Rose Hill.
Spar at f en F is really based for the tourists, have you tried the big supermarket at Ebene also?

Also for fresh fruit and veg go to Medine which is very near Cascavelle.

There is a lady who sells Organic Fruit and veg in the West - AGRIBIO LTD, La Place Cap Tamarin
14 April Enjoy freshly picked organic vegetables every Saturday between 10.30 am to 12.00, with Meeta & her team.Also think she does Weds afternoons at Rouisseau Creole.

I believe Meeta grows her organic veg and fruit at her place in Bambous so maybe she sells from there also.
