This seems like an odd question, since it's my first question asked. Were would I find a place to play tennis, with other accoplished players, in a local park with courts or a club, or a聽 university. In the city of Danang.
If I can start out with finding my love of tennis, this should make my other transitions easier. meeting new people with the same interests.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Most big 'star' hotels/resorts and some high-end residential apartment blocks have tennis courts in their premises. Good choice if you want to meet other expats (not necessarily accomplished players)

Mostly locals but you can find good players here.

I'm not in Da Nang, returning June / 25, try Da Nang tennis centre, there are a # of parks with courts.
