Stefan, you only have to do the 14 days quarantine/isolation after arrival. Mostly groceries shops are still open but with some limited schedule. Mask is mandatory over the place in the whole country. Apart from these rules, everything should be normal.

Negative; germany is not on the list of the country of risk....not yet.
But the quarantine would be a big problem for me; i ve no family in
Bucharest.
I got this answer this day from the romanian embassy:

La sosirea din Germania in Romania nu se impune efectuarea carantinei. Germania nu este pe lista de risc stabilita de Romania. Cel mai bine ar fi sa contactati Ambasada Germaniei la Bucuresti, cea care are onoare de a reprezenta interesele cetatenilor germani in Romania.

The issue with Covid-19 is that travel may be canceled until you arrive at OTP terminal. There is nothing that can be guaranteed during this pandemic. I had many flights canceled in the last moment because of immediate restrictions. I think now it should be more stable, as we understand the regional risks quite rapidly.

Hi Doc; maybe. The changed my flight four times; but that´s the reason
why i startet this thread.
Untill now i can fly and the romanian President has given an interview
that there will be no stronger measure orders following.
But i will be gratful for all informations.

If I was in your situation, I'd bring my very recent covid test voucher or result and request self-isolation if they say quarantine. Come prepared to say no to quarantine. If they don't accept it, get back on plane to Germany.

A question relating to this thread.....
If I flew to OTP Bucharest from London would I be made to quarantine for 14 days, if yes does that mean they will take you to a hotel and you’ll be told to stay there for 14 days, or as my partner lives in Bucharest would they say I’d have stay there for 14 days

Lufthansa will offering that service and that was also my thinking.
Back to germany; i have no apartment there anylonger; and then
i have to go really in quaratine.....
But i´m looking everyday for the recent situation; and in this forum.

Why you are writing that ? Germany is not on the list and i ve looked at
all websites; i found nothing like that

Not talking about Germany Stefan, I’m flying from London to Bucharest and was wondering if anybody knew if arriving in Bucharest and not a Romanian National if You would have Quarantine for 14 days in arrival

The romanian embassy has answered me a few days ago and adviced me
to have a look on the website of the german embassy.
I ve done that; furthermore i had a look on other international website;
everyone nothing; excepting the countries on the yellow list.
Yes; maybe the U.K is a high risk area; i had only an attention on the list
about my country.
However i have to find a solution because i have no apartment anylonger
in germany.
I hope i ve understood you right or do you talking about the nationality;
it would be ridicolous that the own citizien; used the same plane like the
other passengers, get other handeled.
