moving with my foreigner husband to moscow

Hi guys kindly I need your help ,
I`m Russian , I`m married with my Egyptian husband and we wanna move to Moscow ( my native city ) but I don`t know how it can be done I mean which visa should he get and for how long will it allow him to be with me there in Russia ???
I was searching and asking in the embassy for sure but I still could not get exact information
so I believe If someone of u guys had the same experience it will be great to tell me how it can be done step by step
Notes:
1) now I`m living in Egypt with my husband I mean we did not move yet
2) my husband can`t speak Russian yet
3) I want to get work permission to him
4) we are in hurry to move so please try to help ASAP
