It is a聽fairly-priced, large, three-story commercial space for rent in Delmas 62, Port-au-Prince, Haiti.聽Of the three floors, two are available; the second and third stories. The second story contains five (5) office spaces, two bathrooms. The space has air-conditioner. There are two large rooms among its five spaces which can be separated into two for further office.

The third floor is a large warehouse that can accommodate four (4) and five (5) offices. It contains two bathrooms. There are water towers, a controlled generator for the three floors, each floor has its own button for energy consumption.
