The owner of the apartment offers invites you to RENT a 2-rooms flat, fully furnished and equipped in a green, quiet area of Sector 1.

The condominium has an area of 47 square meters and is located on the GROUND FLOOR in a 4-storey building. It is currently rented and the tenants will leave by November 10, 2025. The apartment may be renovated soon thereafter, so the pictures will probably be behind the improvements.

It's ideal for a couple or family looking for an apartment in the neighborhood (and even on the street) of Pajura neighbourhood, sometimes considered part of 鈥淣ew Bucharest鈥� quarter, close to schools and hospital, with parking at the staircase. Pajura is a green, select and quiet area of the city, well served by public transportation. Being very accessible, on the ground floor, this condo can be and has been used as a company headquarters or office.

We prefer viewing appointments to be set online at bucuresti.apartament.d0t.ro after the aforementioned date. An inspection may be attempted prior to that date, as long as the current tenant agrees, but you must specify at the time of the appointment, in the 鈥淥bservatii鈥�, that you understand that the place is not available until that date, otherwise the appointment will be ignored or canceled. Rent negotiation and access to the contract can only be done after application on the aforementioned page and verification. We charge a two-month deposit/guarantee.
