I'm currently looking for a Consultant role in Greater China. Having lived in Shanghai for 15 years, I have witnessed the city's remarkable transformation firsthand. Throughout this time, I have established strong connections within the business community and developed a deep understanding of the Greater China market.

Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, I have navigated a variety of sectors through my years in management consulting. This role has allowed me to gain valuable insights into the short-term and long-term challenges faced by corporations in China. As a result, I have developed a unique ability to "speak China business" with an external perspective, offering strategic solutions that align with market realities.

Beyond my commercial and operational responsibilities, I have been deeply involved in recruitment, overseeing every aspect of the process, rom identifying hiring needs and defining job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating seamless onboarding. This hands-on experience has honed my ability to assess talent, align human capital strategies with business goals, and ensure the successful integration of new hires into my previous organization.
