Position: Vietnamese Technical Support (Medical Devices)

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Dept: Technical Support Department
Salary: Php 100,000 Monthly
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Dayshift, weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid setup

Duties and responsibilities:
✔️ Guide the users of the proper use of the device
✔️ Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
✔️ Assist medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
✔️ Help Vietnamese Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
✔️ Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
✔️ Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
✔️ Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
✔️ Read and familiarize the manuals written in Vietnamese language

Requirements of the job:
