What You'll Do

• Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat in one of the following languages:

Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Italian, or French

• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

• Accurately log and update customer records in internal systems

• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Stay informed on product updates and company policies

• Contribute positively to the team's energy and performance

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Italian, or French

• Good level of English for internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
