Moving to Astana with a daughter. by RJones

Hi Everybody! I will soon be arriving in Astana to teach at NIS. My daughter will be accompanying me. Anybody with any advice? Does Astana have entertainment for young children? She is 8. Thank you. :)

I realize that cigars aren't a big thing in KZ, but - other than the hotels and some restaurants (where the price of an individual cigar is jacked up so high that I could buy several cigars back in the States) - does anyone know of any cigar stores ...
