Can tourists visa convert in to family visa or dependents visa? by Gulshan448

Hi All, I am traveling to Bahrain on work permit for 1.5 years and I want to come with my wife and 3 year old son on tourists visa. Is it possible? If yes, can I convert tourists visa in family visa or dependents visa letter there?
