This seems strange to me. ABA never asked for such certificates. Try an other branch. Canadia Bank is also recommendable. They pay far better interest rates. At Canadia it is also hasslefree to open an account. Read More

I don‘t know PPC, but I had the same problem. Brought most of my money to Canadia Bank. They still pay 5% for a two year fix deposit. Canadia bank belongs 70% to the National Bank of Cambodia. Seems pretty save to me. Read More
