I suppose that one reason has nothing to do with the mask, but instead it could be because the large influx of expatriates in the region pushes the price of house very high and it means local people will have increasing difficulties to buy a house. Read More

You need to sell your house in any Canadian province and have no real estate properties in that province in order to no longer pay taxes to that province. However, I am not quite sure about what happens if you have a secondary home in that province. Read More
