Hi, I'm about to finish my contract with my employer soon. I was wondering how does the visa transfer work? My contract is for 2 yrs. Do I need to spend another year with my employer to be able to request a release? Thanks for answering ☺
As per Kuwait labour law, you must have to cpmplete 3years. Than you can ask for release.. Read More
