Look into getting a card from a Mexican fintech (e.g., Albo, Klar). I applied online and had approval within hours and a MasterCard聽 in a week. I tied it to my Wise account so I can convert USD to MXP. Also, Klar has offered me credit as well ... Read More

@poguestra If you need one quickly, look at wise.com. My Euro account has a Belgian address and has a BIC and IBAN. Read More
