I wouldn't worry as its spent. Unless it appears on your police clearance I wouldn't even mention it as they don't check. Just be aware that random drugs/alcohol testing is the normal thing in the mines. Read More

Hello, will a conviction of 7 and a half years ago prevent from working in Guinea as an expat? The fine was R1000 or 5 months jail time which was suspended only if convicted again for the same charge. No conviction since then again. Thanks
That all depends on the person reviewing your application and what it was for.If it is not on your police clearance just don't declare it as there is little chance of it being checked. Read More
