I was lucky to hear about Schwab as well. I Tried a few ATMs and some had limits and randomly used a VP bank ATM. I took out 30 Mil VND no problem. So I keep going back to the same one. Nice to know I can do 40 Mil VND. As stated before, Schwab ... Read More
