Bonjour,Est-ce qu'un detenteur de visa E2 se voit toujours attribuer un I-94 pour 2 ans, peu importe si la date d'expiration du visa est proche au moment de l'entree aux US?Par exemple, si un visa expire en Juillet 2024 et que l'entree (re-entree) ...
Oui c'est le principe, quand tu entres sur le territoire américain avec un visa E2, tu recois un tampon sur ton passeport avec une date d'expiration de 2 ans (-1 jour). Theoriquement tu pourrais entrer la veille de l'expiration de ton visa E2 ... Read More
