Approval letter is pending by Sanzip Parajuli

Hi Sir!My status for approval letter is pending in processing by 3rd parties more than six months ago.What's the case for this?I emailed my employer, but they said it takes time and it's not on their hand.

Please, my status had changed just this morning from "Processing by Third Parties" to "Approval in Principle Letter Available" but I 9have not received any letter in my email. How long until I receive the email from Identity Malta?
