@nav56 I think you can request it on their website or ask by email. I did one of these, but can't remember which, I didn't phone them for sure. Anyway, it's a pretty standard request and they'll send it out after you request it. Read More

I recently opened bank accounts here. I didn't need to visit a branch to open the ABSA one. It was all online. The MCB one took 3 visits, the first being a full refusal due to proof of address issues.Best of luck with it. Read More
