Mon - Fri it opens at 6:30am - 10:30am and 5pm - 9pm Sat 7am - 11am and 3pm - 7pm Sun 8am - 1pm There are plenty of classes (Yoga, Pilates, Tai-chi throughout those hours too. And Capoeira!! Good opportunity to try the Brazilian martial Arts!! Hope ... Read More

Hi Jennifer35, Not sure where you live, but at the moment Rio's City Council runs a free - YES FREE - gym at the beach between Anibal de Mendonca and Garcia D'Avila Street at Ipanema Beach. You need to bring your Passport and fill out some health ... Read More
