I am looking for a notary in Ho Chi Minh City who can speak english.
I had a document I needed for the US and decided to be safe I went to the US Embassy and paid the $50 fee. By having documents notarized by the Embassy it is much less likely they will be questioned as valid here in the US. Hope this helps you. Read More
