If you could live anywhere, where would you choose?

Mauritius or Seychelles due to the beautiful nature and weather!

England or Germany! I can't decide but both are very inclusive countries for people with disabilities! I believe that in these two countries you can have a life closest to a normal one! ;)

I can live anywhere in the world I want to, and Bali has been my choice for the last 21 years.ย  I don't see that ever changing.

Kask

Bali bali and bali ๐Ÿ˜„.

Kask

Are you living in Ubud?

Fred

Java, bits that aren't cities.
No competition.

Roy, you should pop over and see how great Java is </troll> :D

Everybody over the age of, say, fifty, should be living right where they are. If they're not, they should spend the rest of their days wondering where they went wrong. Why would you live in a place where you hanker for someplace else?

Back in 2012, when I was writing my personal journal/blog, mainly but not only for a local audience, I mused (in the link below) about where my wife and I should live in retirement. After decades of retirement (for me; the wife was still working), we looked at several places. Should we stick by our son and his kids in Norway? Should we return to our original homeland, Australia? What about Central America - cheap and warm and friendly? In the end we went with the advice in the top paragraph of this post and stayed where we were in this Caribbean island. We never regretted it.

Well if you're over 50, why aren't you there now? If you're under 50, just get there as soon as you scrape up enough money. Otherwise - it's just a dream, so forget it.

Yasminear

Because you Think everyone has equal chances to get there

No, I don't think that, Yasminear. But you've managed to get yourself from Algeria to Doha, which is a good start. And if you're under 50 you're in with a chance to get to wherever it is you want to get. Right? Hang in there, man.

"Are you living in Ubud?"

Just outside of Ubud along the Ayung River.ย  The Royal Pita Maha Resort is a neighbor.ย  Kampung Bunutan-Kedewatan.

Fred, I've been to Java many times in my 21 years.ย  For me, the Balinese culture is just as appealing as Bali itself.ย

What you need to do is to visit the "real Bali" and stay out of Kuta.ย  ;<)ย  Cheers!

I didn't have time. Kuta, with its drunks, drug dealers, mindless crowds of clueless tourists, people selling prize tickets that always win (then you have to buy something), and men shouting "lady lady" in a bootless attempt to sell me prostitutes, makes that a place I will only visit again if someone pays me to do so - Does that make me a prostitute?

The very south was better, but the taxi drivers were still rip off merchants and hotels worked with them by banning blue bird (an honest company) and advertising the scammers.

Time ran out before I had the chance to visit Ubud, so all I have to work on is my mate's videos.

Kask

Kedewatan famous with the food Nasi ibu mangku if Iโ€™m not mistaken?
Ubud always amazing and magical especially along the river. Iโ€™ve once ever stayed at Maya ubud resort, and the river view very amazing.

It's cool to live in different places, communicate with different people, and expand your boundaries. So you can only travel, I love traveling for these incredible emotions, places, and people.
