What do you do for a living?

James

Hi Nicole,

Both actually! I am a teacher (English teacher for 24 years, Portuguese teacher for 10 / translator / author) and I am married to a wonderful young Brazilian woman too. We have a beautiful five year old son.

Besides my work and family activities I devote a great deal of my time to º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-blog too. I find as Brazil Animator I am really doing something important, helping the expat community here adapt to life in Brazil, answering myriad questions and giving lots of advice. It is really quite gratifying to know that I'm making a difference.

Cheers,
William James Woodward - Brazil Animator, º£½ÇÂÒÂ×-blog

Miro : The Artist

As a matter of fact.. My Work is my hobby in the same time. I'm very lucky person

Since i was just a bumping kid watching animation "like tom & Jerry stuff" and documentary movies.. i dreamed of being art director.. may be I hadn't know the job title or role at that time.. as i was saying i would be a cartoon maker and director who go to safaris and forests to shot films there..

when time pass and i had grown up; i studied art education and was practicing drawing, painting, sculpting & hand crafts.. later on i added a new dimension as i was interested with the new thing called computer:D "I'm not that old this happened year 1999".. so i studied computer graphics & multimedia ..

I had gain experience by working with major companies starting from graphic designer trainee then a graphic designer, assistant drama director, a senior graphic designer, moving step by step to be art director after being a graphics mentor and consultant for more than 4 years now......
