My brother is working for a vietnamese company in Angola.
His employer ask him 1200 US dollar to renew his working visa.
I've found that so expensive since the fees indicated in one of the embassy of Angola is only 120 US dollars : angola.org.uk/payment.html
Can someone help me to understand this issue?
