Hello º£½ÇÂÒÂ×s,

We are leaving Egypt and are in search of two tenants for our nice flat in Manyal.

It has large furnished dining/living room area with an attached kitchen, bathroom and two separate bedrooms. Washing machine, very large fridge-freezer and gas oven are all very new (LG, Sharp and Universal respectively). Water pressure is good and reliable. There are 3 ACs – one in each bedroom and one in the living/dining-room. There is no problem at all with tenants of mixed gender and guests overnight and what not. There are two major supermarkets within walking-distance: Kheir Zaman and Metro supermarket. There are also numerous other shops within very close by, in addition to bakeries, McDonals, Momen, Galaxy Cinema, Radioshack, Mobinil, Vodafone etc. There is also a great souq nearby which is 24-hrs. Malek el-Salah Metro station is easily reached by a short walk. We have installed a reverse-osmosis water filter which new tenants can buy if they’d like. Landlady speaks English and is laid-back.

The rooms are 1500 LE each plus utilities.
We have a 2mb Vodafone internet connection subscription which can either be transferred to the names of the new tenants or cancelled. TV and Satellite are available.

Move-in date is around 1st of June, but can be rather flexible.
