Please does any foreigner have their marriage to a Ghanaian registered with their embassies? If yes, how long did the process take before your partner got issued with a marriage certificate by your country? What does the process involve?
I'm British and did not have to register it with the High Commission but it has been recognised in both the UK and Hong Kong. I know some other countries have different regulations so I suggest you contact the Embassy concerned or look online for their requirements
