Google jobs in ghana and you will see a lot of sites offering jobs. The one I look at is current jobs in Ghana.
However be aware there are always lots of applicants for any job here and generally you don't get an acknowledgement or a reply.
Most people think that the best way to find a job here is to come on a visit and meet people as who you know is usually the way people get jobs here.
Also you can look at Italian or European companies that have offices or factories here and apply in Italy. For example Nestle has a lot of expat workers here.
