I will be coming to Accra July 25 and need a place to stay for at least a year. Preferably 2 bedroom. I don't need luxury, just a place to sleep. I want to pay $300-$600 USD per month. I would rather take over a lease than pay a year in advance. Anyone about to ship out leaving a house or apartment?
