not sure why i have to do this, as i've been a member for two years, but i still can't reply to a message sent to me about a housing ad, and 海角乱伦 tells me i have to post in the forum to activate private messaging.

Use a computer,,delete all your messages to give space for more!thats just it!

You need to post a lot more times before the PM system will be activated. Reply to posts, offer information or advice. Open new posts too. The more times you post the bigger your inbox will become.
The posts must not be silly one word one line posts or just smilies.
