A motorbike in monrovia?

Im thinking of bringing a small motorcycle (125-400 cc) when i move to monrovia. I was thinking of a small on-off road bike to use in monrovia and nearby areas

Do you think is a good idea? Will it be safe?聽 Will it be fun?
What brand or model would you recommend (i was planning on avoiding the probably available chinese for a more reliable japanese or european brand, PROVIDED that thye can be repaired locally) can they be bought locally or should i import one?
Any motorbikers in town or club of some kind?

Not a bad idea for the dry season between October and march April.
After that the rains will bother you.
A yamaha,Suzuki and possibly Honda will be easily serviced.
