my advice would be to do some Internet searches to find stories about how health care professionals have been treated in Libya and then make a decision.

There are loads of Filippino nurses in Libya. There's even a Philippine school on the main road in Janzour.

Depends on were your living and what your doing in Libya but my motto is life is what you make it and make the most of each day!
