Cheap calls from UK mobiles/landlines to Libya

I was having a search on the web and found the below sites. I was just wondering if anyone had used them before and if so what were there experiences. I will probably use Skype most of the time but just wanted other options too.

hi there,
i dont know about this site but i am using a skype diverter - Rylwy - that reduce enormously the price of calls and incoming calls.
Rylwy聽 divert your own cell phone and landline in one country to the indernet via skype, so you can use this lines in anothe place or country again via skype free.

Cheers Daniel I am LSscotlands Husband and am out in Tripoli now, have probably spent 拢100 in phone calls and texts alone (from a Vodaphone sim) since Tuesday. Will let the wife do some research.
