Could anyone give me a rough rent cost for the range of properties in the Palm City? Especially the 3bed apartments.

Hi there Mancunian.
The rates have increased due to the recent turmoil in the country.
3 Bedroom units should be in the 6500 Euros range(+ or -500)....though very nice!Take a look at their site for a better idea.
Not certain what the price is now but could check for you if you wish. Let me know.
