Oil company employees seem to benefit from car and other various loans.

From what I understand, locals working in established national corporations (ZOC, HOO, Waha.....) can get INTEREST FREE car loans for 5 year terms. They have to pay a loan processing fee, get approved and wait for the paperwork to be processed to get the money.

This is unsecured loan...........

I ask you whether employed foreign workers can take credit.

I would like to bring a little tiny question about this matter.

If a foreign worker cannot open a bank account, how can he get any kind of loan/credit?

no credit facilities for foreigners.............. BYOC!!!

Foreign workers can open bank accounts.
