There is a Indian dermatologist in Swiss Libyan Hospital (it is called British Libyan hospital now) he does laser hair removal.

What ever you do don't got to the Marie Esthetique clinic. They used to be in the basement of the St. James's Hospital, Tripoli. They badly burned my legs and 3 years later i still have the scars. Looked as if i fell on a BBQ. After my burning session I found out that two other friends of mine were also burnt and still had scaring. They were so embarrassed by it that they never talked about it. Oh and yes i did a test patch first. That was fine. But the actual session OMG.

When I went back to collect the rest of my money (oh no refund for the burning) the manager there was so rude to me it was shocking.

I should have sued them but i was leaving.

My advice would be do it abroad.

When you have a choice between a known and an unknown it's safer to go with the known.
