I recommend not over-specifying the filters, though. Sometimes the person who posts the ad doesn't check all of the boxes they should have so your filter may exclude ads that you might be interested in.

The site is a little flakey. If you select "Rent" sometimes it silently reverts to "Buy".

Depending on the size of your screen, you may not realize it has displayed results.

If nothing is happening, try scrolling down and you'll see the results.

It can be a bit unpredictable when you change the currency from MUR to USD (etc.).

You may need to reload the page to get the currency change to stick.

When you're looking at results, if you click on one before it finishes loading the entire page, it will jump back to the query page. If it does that, just click the back arrow and wait a little longer.

If you wait until the property pictures start cycling (about 20 seconds), you won't have that problem.

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait the 20 seconds on every page of results.

Note: This may just be a problem with my slow internet connections.
