Hi

The only place I know of that has anything to do with fancy dress is a place called Deco fete in Curepipe. I don't know if they hire costumes - I know people buy costumes from there, for example superman suits for their children.
I've been there but I didn't really pay much attention to what was there. I don't have a phone number for the place. If you want, just inbox me and I can give you directions of how to get there, as I'll have to think about how to explain how to find it.

There is also a place in tamarin, on the left of Engen as station before London way supermarket.It is a little shop!!!
