Coco Villa, Mahebourg

I have located a reasonably priced hotel named the Coco Villa which is located in Mahebourg.聽 Has anyone had any experience with this hotel and/or with the city of Mahebourg?聽 My wife and I will be traveling to Mauritius from late August thru mid September from Los Angeles.

Last time I visited this hotel it was quite rundown. Take note as well that there is no beach there even though it is on the water's edge and on the edge of Mahebourg. There are a lot of other reasonably priced small hotels and guesthouses around the island. You could try down the road from Mahebourg at Pt d'Esny and Blue Bay...both have beautiful beaches.
