Hi,

I intend to stay in Mauritius for at least six months. I'm coming over next month and have an Airbnb booked for the first few weeks.

How easy is it to find a 6 Month property rental? Are they common or is the minimum usually 12 months?

If 6 months is doable, does anyone have any recommendations on property agents?

I'm currently weighing up staying in Airbnb's (expensive) vs trying to find a rental with a 6 month minimum term.

Hi sir in Mauritius if you are coming so there are few points

1. What's your budget In rental

2. You will get minimum 1 year rental registration or you can try at dreamton park it's a complex and many apartments

Hello Homefarm,

The best way to know and to get better deals is by posting an advert in the Housing in Mauritius. Agents, landlords etc will know that you are looking for at least 6 months' rental and contact you.

And to answer your question, YES, a 6months' rental (minium) is possible.
