Good day,

I would like to know if someone knows how I can obtain Namibian citizenship.

My father was born and raised in Namibia before their independence. He moved to South Africa before Namibia became independent. Does this mean he is no longer a citizen or should he re-apply for his citizenship??

If he regains his citizenship, will I be able to apply for it also and how will I go about doing so?

Can I have dual citizenship (South African and Namibian) or not?

Karla, You can obtain citizenship based on decent. Best would be to contact your local Namibia Embassy to get info.
