Decision to move to Joburg

Hey there
I am Prabhat. I am presently working for Indian Navy and will soon be quiting service. I am married and we dont have kids presently. I have been offered for a job as a project manager in Mining Industry in South Africa, Johanesburg. However, I do not have any idea regarding the package I should be expecting from the company. The company is ready to negotiate a deal, with a minimum package of Indian Rupee 32 lac. I need inputs from friends stating in Johanesburg on following issues:-
(a) How safe is the place for expats from India
(b) What should be a healthy salary package for a personnel with 10 years of experience in India
(c) What is the rate of Income Tax
(d) What is聽 the rent for a decent 2 BHK house with amenities like swimming pool and gym in good society
(e) How much money will I be able to save if my salary is 36 lac Indian Rupee annually

Inputs on the above queries will greatly help me in taking a decision to this effect.
