Hi All,
I am聽 currently聽 negotiating a聽 contract聽 with聽 a Tanzanian聽 company,聽 they offered聽 me聽 1000$ monthly house allowance聽 net.
my question is it possible聽 to聽 get聽 the聽 allowance聽 cash on hand or companies will pay it direct聽 to聽 the聽 owner?

Either of the arrangements are given by the employees. Paying house allowance or Paying rent to owners.
later one in most of the case. Rent for a good 2 BHK accommodation would cost you around $ 500 - $ 800.

I assume House allowance is only for Rent.
