i'm going to visit in kampala, Uganda as tourist then are any employer recruit, do work permit and visa for me in that time?

Hi Duyen, I am a lawyer resident in Kampala and my firm can gladly help with your immigration work, If you intend to secure a work permit you have you have a minimum of 5months to process one upon the expiry of your tourist visa. During the five months you will be staying in Uganda on a temporary pass called a special pass and it will cost you, $100 for the first 3months and another $100 for the following 2 months! After that you will be required to file an application for a work permit to be able to be allowed to stay longer.
