Could I ask for my friend, an Anaesthetist, who will soon be moving to Zambia ?

He will come to Lusaka, and then to Mansa... Possibly... (?)
Lusaka is quite expensive ... Isn't it ?
He needs to do all the paperwork in Lusaka though...
I have heard that they are not too fast in appointing Doctors, despite an absolutely Drastic shortage of the Highly Trained Anaesthetists and ITU specialists... .
