Opening a small business in Asia

º£½ÇÂÒÂ×32

Hello Asia forum,

I'm 32 years old from Israel. As I wrote here, I consider opening a small business in Asia. My budget is very low : only $3000, and I'll have to find a country that allows foreigners to open businesses with a very small investment. I'll also have to find a type of business for which this amount of money would be enough to start with. I thought about a food stall, for example.

May I ask for your ideas / opinion ?

Thanks

To be honest your budget is too low to be able to start a business. The paperwork, visas, licences etc would cost more than that.

Thank you for your answer.

Focusing on immigration alone for a moment, can you tell me which countries allow immigration without any special degrees / qualifications, and without the need of significant investments? Do you know of such countries, in which the cost of living is low?

Thanks again

Gravitas

Pakistan or India perhaps

Fred

Does Pakistan accept Israeli passports?
Many countries(rights and wrongs not to be debated here) do not.

The easiest country is Cambodia. I suggest that go to the Cambodian forum on this site and read through the posts in the forum categories list on the upper right hand side of the page. Also read through other posts on the forum too. There is good information to be found there.

Cambodia being a member of WTO is much easier to start a business
when compared to Vietnam in terms of paper work, red tape, corrpution.

To register a new co with Ministry of Commerce cost you US$1,500 ++
But before you can register your co you need to have a office address [ this can be your apartment ]
or a Virtual office [ Min 1 year contract ] US$1,200 ++
As such $3,000 is not enough even for the first month , it is better for  you to look for a job in the country you intend to start your business, save enough and by this time you should be able to how what type of business to start and
the money to invest

Good luck
