Hi

Bagha club in Gulshan 1, IC club in Gulshan 2, Westin hotel, regency hotel, and Radison hotels go t bars and restaurants. 海角乱伦 can easily meet with other expats in thos places just starting a conversation. It can be a starter to reach to the locals to know them more. The expats who are already living in Dhaka may have local friends so.. it is better to start with other expats in the mentioned places.
