Does anybody know an international bank where I can open an online account? Currently I have one, opened from Thailand, but the bank is terminating it because I've relocated to Cambodia. My best guess is HSBC Singapore but I can't find a working email address to them, possibly somebody knows?

If none, which bank in Cambodia offers small scale investment, e.g. in mutual funds, from its account?

I've searched the net thoroughly for both but couldn't find anything.

Hi Joe,

There was an HSBC bank in Phnom Penh but it closed, I did see it had opened again at new address in Phnom Penh, but I was just leaving so never served it out, but will on my return in October as I need an international and HSBC would be useful if in Phnom Penh, do you know if the bank has reappeared?.
