Hi, I've been living in China for four years in Guanzghou, and now I am in Spain but wanted to return to China, in order to set up a Spanish restaurant in Guangzhou. I wonder if anyone can help me with the procedure to acquire business licenses in China, which is the minimum capital required for this type of business being 100% foreign capital.
