No. You wil be subject to import duty and full VAT on all personal belongings above a certain very low value. This is unless you invested 300K and can apply for a PERMANENT Investment Residency Visa. You must have this visa before you try and bring your goods into Georgia and you only have a very short time AFTER this visa is issued to actually get the goods into Georgia, and if you are late then the duty and vat exemption expires and you pay.
